Announcing…..Snowga

 


We had our first snowfall of the season in Underhill this morning.  Funny, because I have spent the last couple of days planning snowga, the annual yoga and snowshoeing retreat in New Hampshire’s White Mountains.  I wasn’t sure I was going to do it this winter but when I called the lodge and they told me that Martin Luther King weekend was available, I had to book it.  What could be a better weekend to practice non-violence and love towards ourselves.  … Continue Reading

YFL: Open up the fresh fall air with Nadi Shodina

This season brings some of the freshest air we experience in Vermont. The humidity wanes and, like the autumn apples, the air grows both cooler and crisper. Fall is an ending of sorts. The long days of summer are over and many settle into a routine of school and work. We begin to spend more time inside.
