Yin Yoga this Sunday. Core openings.

I will be teaching Yin Yoga this Sunday 6-7 pm at Yoga Vermont.  This class is a great opportunity to explore the slower, softer side of yoga and yourself.  There are also still openings in the Core class beginning Tuesday January 6.

How I became a full time yoga instructor

When I made the jump to full time yoga instructor I was in India standing on the balcony of a concrete building overlooking the Ganges River. Just one week.

At the end of each week I sit and reflect back.  I am amazed at the multitude of images that pass through my mind.  My consciousness is flooded with so many events. The people I made contact with, the things I said and heard, the time spent driving in my car and the words from the radio.  I can barely take it all in.  It could take days or even weeks to integrate the experiences of JUST ONE WEEK.
