Restorative Yoga this Sunday.
Please join me this Sunday from 6-8 pm for relaxing, refreshing and deeply restful Restorative Yoga. The class will be held at Yoga Vermont and you can register by visiting www.yogavermont.com/restorative.html . If you have your own props you do not need to pre-register. If you will need to borrow props (a blanket and a bolster) then please pre-register to ensure we have enough props for all. Please note that I will not be teaching the 4 pm Vajra class this week.
