the future past is now.

While still enjoying some clear thinking as a result of meditating for seven days in silence I thought why spend so much time revisiting the past, which I cannot change, when each moment I am creating a new past and in the moment of now, I have some choice.  ”Pay attention Emily” I thought as this moment is the future past. There are many opportunities to pay attention to your body and mind in the next coming weeks.  A three week Core yoga session begins tonight and I will be teaching  a two hour Restorative class a week from Sunday.  Join me at the studio and we can practice together.
