Intro to Yoga starts Monday

The next Intro to Yoga session begins Monday June 1, 4:15-5:15 pm at Yoga Vermont in the Chase Mill.  This is a great class for beginning yogis and those who want a slower, more gentle class.  The perfect balance for all that summer activity.  Ease the joints and find peace of mind.  Attend all six classes for $60.

Core Yoga openings

There are openings in the Core Yoga class beginning May 26.  This six week session is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your understanding of alignment, energy, and how to develop a practice that addresses your individual needs.  There is a fair amount of abdominal work, emphasis on understanding the bandhas, demos and discussion.  Please email me for more information or to register.  Class is Tuesdays 5:30-7:15 pm at Yoga Vermont.  $80 for the session.
