just announced…benefit class for arlene
Join me JUNE 14 at 12 PM at Yoga Vermont to practice yoga in honor of our dear friend and teacher, Arlene Griffin. Arlene taught yoga in Burlington for many years and affected many lives while she was her. An extraordinary teacher, Arlene lives with multiple chemical illness and she has not been well enough to teach yoga. She continues to teach through her approach to life and her incredible kindness. She also educates people about chemical illness. Arlene’s medical bills and living expenses have piled up way beyond her means. All proceeds from this class will benefit her and her family.
