DJ Tony Bonez and I had a blast putting on this trance dance inspired yoga class at Liberate last weekend.

Please note the date change.  In honor of Labor Day, the next Intro to Yoga session will begin one week later than previously scheduled.  The session will now run September 14 through October 19.  Class is held at Yoga Vermont in the Chase Mill from 4:15-5:15 pm on Mondays.  More info.
