Emily Garrett Yoga

I have finally completed a one hour recording of a yoga class that I would like to share with you.  The class was recorded at Yoga Vermont downtown and consists of a moderate paced vinyasa class with clear instruction.  This cd is a wonderful way to practice with me in the privacy of your own home.  If you would like a cd, please mail me a check for $10 and I will mail you a copy of the cd.  Please mail checks to: emily garrett, 409 VT Rte 15, underhill, vt 05489.  Make sure to include your name and address.

We are home and healthy. Thank you for all your love and support. ♥ Emily, Chris and baby Tate.

While I am away on maternity leave Alice Neiley will be teaching all of my classes except for yin yoga, which the lovely Yoga Vermont instructor Angela Madonia will teach.  I am not sure yet when maternity leave will begin as it is really up to the baby.  I plan to teach tomorrow January 3 and possibly Monday the 4th.  We’ll see how the rest of the week pans out.  We will post a photo on my site once … Continue Reading
