One hour yoga class on cd
I have finally completed a one hour recording of a yoga class that I would like to share with you. The class was recorded at Yoga Vermont downtown and consists of a moderate paced vinyasa class with clear instruction. This cd is a wonderful way to practice with me in the privacy of your own home.
