The Wednesday morning yoga class in Underhill has moved outside for the summer. There are so many wonderful aspects to practicing outdoors in the Greenmont Farm’s barn. The birds. The cows. The feel of the air. The trees. The light. The wonderful group of people who come. Such a treat.
The yoga and fitness clothing company Lululemon has selected me as one of their yoga ambassadors. I am delighted to take on the new role and excited about our blossoming yoga community. Thank you!!
I first discovered Yin Yoga when I was traveling in India. I met a woman who showed me Paul Grilley’s book entitled Yin Yoga.
A couple times a week we met upstairs in one of the ashram’s yoga rooms where me, her and anyone else who was interested would practice.
