Restorative Yoga this Sunday.
One of the many lessons I am learning from my son is how to take naps. He sleeps when he is tired, deeply, and pretty much anywhere he happens to be. When he wakes up he is refreshed, smiling, and happy. Kind of like I feel after finishing a Restorative Yoga class. Although the aim of Restorative yoga is not to fall asleep, it does allow us to rest deeply. The rejuvenation and nourishment this provides is simply outstanding.
