The Laughing River website is scheduled for launch this Friday. See it here first.
I said to my soul, be still, and wait without hope
For hope would be hope for the wrong thing; wait without love
For love would be love of the wrong thing; there is yet faith
But the faith and the love and the hope are all in the waiting.
Wait without thought, for you are not ready for thought:
So the darkness shall be the light, and the stillness the dancing.

It’s not too soon to plan for Sofi’s and my annual week long yoga retreat in the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica. Monkeys, sunshine, amazing food, surfing, outdoor yoga, the sound of the ocean. There is so much to enjoy. The Osa Peninsula is the least developed part of Costa Rica and the most northern tip of the Amazon jungle. The diversity in wildlife is unparalleled anywhere else in the world. It reminds me of what the earth must have been like before us humans placed our hands all over it. …
