Come practice yoga, surf, swim, and relax on the beach as you explore the natural beauty of the Nicoya Peninsula.
A typical day looks like:
7:00-9:30 am Morning yoga
10:30 am Share a group brunch provided by the Villa Cortes chef
11:30 am onwards Free time for:
- Swimming
- Canopy Tour
- Kayaking in the local estuaries
- Surfing
- Shopping
- Restaurants
- Jungle Buggie Rentals: golf carts, scooters, & Tuk-Tuks
- Turtle watching
- Horseback riding
- Fishing
- Learn Spanish
- Yoga
- Photography
- Boogie Boarding
- Hiking
- Massage (available at Villa Cortes, or other locations around Nosara)
- Spa treatments
or anything else your heart desires.
4 pm Afternoon Yoga
6 pm Cook in your private kitchen or hit the town for dinner.
Villa Cortes is a few minutes walk from the beach, where the waves are enjoyable for all levels of surfing all day long. The town of Nosara boasts healthy, affordable restaurants for dinners and places to shop for local foods if you choose to cook in your villa’s private kitchen. The retreat includes lodging, mid day brunch, daily meditation, 2 yoga classes a day, and more.
