Fletcher Boote teaches the Wednesday Underhill class (for a little while)

Emily is taking a break from her Wednesday morning Underhill class as she focuses on building the Laughing River Yoga teacher training and spending more time with her son.  We are fortunate that an amazing Jivamukti teacher, Fletcher Boote, has agreed to teach the class until the end of March.  Please come (every Wednesday 9-10:30 am at 15 Poker Hill Rd) and experience thoughtful asana flows as you bathe in the vibration of Fletcher’s amazing voice.

Vinyasa for Vermont

Vinyasa for Vermont has been developed to bring the yoga community together in one venue, united to support the rebuilding of Vermont.  We have selected two non-profit funds to be the recipients of the money raised: The Intervale Farmer Recovery Fund to help with local disaster relief and The Vermont Disaster Relief Fund for statewide long-term relief efforts.  100% of profits will go to these two funds.

Every once in awhile you meet a person who inspires you.  It is not what they say or what they do for a living that inspires.  It is a quality of being.  When you witness the way they relate to the world it causes you to pause and take notice.  Maybe it’s in their smile or the way they walk.  In what they don’t say and the quality of their touch.  You notice how they treat each person they meet, including you, with kind attention.  They demonstrate an ability to flow from one situation to another with ease and openness … Continue Reading
