I make a lot of mistakes. At the moment in which I recognize that I have made a mistake, I can respond in two ways. The first is to condemn and criticize myself with thoughts like, “You should have known better. I can’t believe you did that . In this three hour retreat we will take our time to explore the rhythms of the body, mind and breath. Beginning with an active (yang) yoga practice, we will move through yoga poses in timing with our breath.
