Nurture the seeds of joy within you.

The comfort of tears.

I cannot stop crying this morning.  It comes in waves but continues, over and over.  The tears are readily accessible, close to the surface and abundant.  It feels incredibly comforting to let them release.  The tears come.  My belly relaxes.  My heart melts just a little more.

Yin/Yang Yoga and Meditation Retreat April 17
