There is so much good stuff going on in the yoga community in the next few weeks that it is hard to keep track of it all. Thank the universe for blogs that help us remember. This morning I was RSVP’ing a wedding invitation (for two of my yoga students. yay!) and I had a slight moment of panic when I realized that I might not get an email reminder about the wedding. Once I realized how unnecessary the panic was, I took out my paper calendar and wrote it down. The old fashioned way.

In an effort to reduce your anxiety, here is some help to remember two recommended yoga events coming up, well, soon.

Join me and other local teachers for amazing workshops at the Burlington Yoga Conference May 1 and at an open house for the Vermont Center for Yoga and Therapy May 7. I am delighted to be a part of the Vermont Center for Yoga and Therapy where I will be teaching therapeutic classes for both individuals and groups. Look for moms and daughters yoga this summer.
