Beginning with an active (yang) yoga practice, we will move through yoga poses in timing with our breath. We had a fabulous time in Costa Rica and will certainly miss the outdoor yoga deck, the monkeys, the scarlett macaws, and the amazing group of women who attended the retreat. Looking forward to next year….
As I prepare to leave the country and settle into jungle life on the Osa peninsula, Costa Rica, I am spending a lot of time on the computer updating blogs and websites, answering emails, and tying up loose ends. All so that I can leave it behind and take a real break, away from email, from phones, from automobiles. My brain can certainly use it, as can my immune system.
