<p><strong>Energy Balls</strong></p>
<p>You will need:</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span>1/3 c sesame seeds</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>1/3 c honey</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>½ c plus 2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds or walnuts etc.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>1 tbsp tahini (sesame butter)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>1 tbsp of almond butter</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>1/8 salt</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>½ c unsweetened shredded coconut, plus an additional ¼ c for garnish</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>¼ tsp ground cardamom</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>1/4 cup chocolate chips</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span> Grind the raw sunflower seeds, flax and sesame seeds into a rough powder in a blender/food processor.  Combine all ingredients into a stiff and slightly crumbly dough.  Press into balls and roll in coconut, sesame seeds, or cocoa powder. Place in the freezer or fridge to keep fresh for up to two weeks.</span></p>
