Yin Yoga series begins next Tuesday

I first discovered Yin Yoga when I was traveling in India.  I met a woman who showed me Paul Grilley’s book entitled Yin Yoga. Change comes from within. Krishnamurti wrote that if you want peace in the world, you must first create peace in your own mind. When we feel at peace, we are more able to treat others in a compassionate way and this ripples out until there is more compassion in the world.
