


Emily's approach is centered around a student's healing him or herself. She considers the student’s personal history, physical ability, breath capacity, and emotional patterns when creating therapeutic sessions. This approach is based on the idea of bringing into balance all aspects of the self.
Private sessions combine body awareness, breath awareness, active listening, asana, pranayama and meditation as tools to address each student’s needs. Students who choose to work individually with Emily develop a greater sense of self-awareness that allows them to grow physically and spiritually.
Private sessions are $60/hour.
