| Emily’s drop-in classes include postures, bandhas, breath work, and meditation. With warmth and clarity, she balances building physical stability with learning to relax overworked areas. Emily encourages students to develop a deeper understanding of their unique patterns, both physically and mentally, in an effort to break through and touch the deeper, unconditioned aspects of self. Classes are moderately paced and students leave feeling centered and relaxed.
Classes are drop-in. $12 or $14 depending on the studio. Class cards are available. |
