Fall schedule

My drop-in class schedule for the fall is as follows:
Sunday 4:oopm
Monday 4:15-5:15pm   Intro to Yoga (begins September 14)
Monday 5:40pm
Tuesday 12:30-1:30pm
Tuesday 5:40 pm  Yin Yoga
Wednesday 9 am
Thursday 12pm
All classes are held at Yoga Vermont at the Chase Mill except Tuesdays 12:30 pm (Yoga Vermont downtown) and Wednesdays 9 am (17 Krug Rd., Underhill Ctr).

I will also be teaching ONE last core yoga session before next spring.

Thursdays 5:30-7:15 pm September 24-October 29.  Pre-registration only.
