Yin/Yang Yoga and Meditation Retreat April 17

Yoga for Beginners starts Monday. Yin/Yang retreat next weekend.

The seven week series Yoga for Beginners starts Monday 4:30-5:30 pm and continues for seven weeks.  The Yin/Yang Yoga and Meditation Retreat takes place October 24 9 am – 12 pm.  If you’ve been thinking about either, now is the time to register.  All at Laughing River Yoga.  Move into winter consciously.

Yin/Yang Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Join me June 5 from 10 am-6 pm at the spectacular Dreaming Mountain for a day long retreat.  Just over an hour from Burlington, Dreaming Mountain is the perfect place to slow down, reflect, and practice yoga.  The retreat includes yin (gentle) and yang (active) yoga classes layered with time to sit quietly.  Lunch and dinner are also included.  Contact me to register or for more information.
