In this three-month journey, we will uncover the body wisdom that lives at the base of the spine. Many old traumas and habitual fear responses live in the pelvic floor. These conditioned responses prevent us from feeling safe in the world and trigger fear based actions that get in the way of us connecting to our full selves. Learn to free yourself from unconscious patterns of holding. Instead, flip the patterns upside down so that rather than holding you back, they become a source of strength and intelligence. Ancient yogis understood the wisdom of the pelvic floor and the importance of accessing its unrealized energy in order to wake up to one’s full potential. Increase your knowledge, build your awareness, and claim your power as an activated, awake and wise womxn in the world. How does it work? Build an understanding of what the pelvic floor is so that you can access its strength and support. Begin to get a clearer picture of what is actually happening in your pelvic floor. Where is it tight? Loose? Vital? Numb? Start to build a map so that we can begin to effect change that will help you feel more ease, less anxiety, and more energy. Create a practice that will deepen your relationship with and heal the pelvic floor in physical, mental, energetic and emotional ways so that you can feel more whole. Learn to cultivate vital energy at the root through awareness and practices and utilize this energy to enjoy life more. Become more acutely aware of how “life” affects the feeling and tone in the pelvic floor and how you can have choice around this. Learn to access the root as a source of information to help guide life’s decisions in a more healing and balanced way.
