If you answer YES to any of these questions then it's time for a tune up. 


Through focused, individualized attention, Emily will help you see what you cannot see so that you can adjust, and free yourself of old patterns that are not serving you.  Step into new ways of living in the body that are sure to bring more joy, ease, and health into your life. All sessions begin with a short conversation about what you need, followed by breath awareness exercises and poses that address the needs of the individual.


This can also be used to specifically address pelvic floor pain or issues.
