Life is transition. We are continually asked to adapt to and navigate change. When we are stuck in old patterns, ways of reacting that once served us but no longer do, it can be difficult to step into what is possible for us. 


Using tools from Somatic Experiencing, these sessions will guide you to listen to body sensation as a guide to cultivate inner resources and regulate your nervous system. Sessions will explore new ways to respond to life's stressors and build trust in yourself.


Helpful in working with anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, the tools of SE can lead to complete healing from past events and help you to reset so that you feel more whole. integrated and able to navigate life transitions.
