Forgiveness practice

Forgiveness practice is an essential component of healing past wounds and freeing ourselves from the cycle of shame and blame. This audio meditation is inspired by Sharon Salzberg's instructions in her book Lovingkindess. There is no right way to feel while you do it. Instead, it offers an opportunity to get curious about your relationship to past hurts. Give it a try and see what you notice.
