In this flow, inspired by my #Katonah Yoga teacher Lauren Godes, I fold and unfold at the hip joints in a way that supports the lower back and strengthens the core. It is a great flow to warm up the body and connect with the powerful support of the lower body. Once you get the feel for it, notice how strong and elegant you are as you move through space. Try it with a block between your legs to feel the engagement of the inner thighs.
